Followed directions to setup. Never received verification email. Tried multiple emails, did not receive any verification. When attempt to login with email and password receive message “verify email” but it never sent the email. Produce too expensive to have this many issues. Submitted ticket to support – agent was able to create my account without the email. The setup instructions did not work exactly as stated, but was able to get the lock to pair and activate after a few tries. Once actually activated, product worked great!

This lock was fully charged. Left it for a few weeks and went to check and make sure it still would connect to my phone, it was DEAD. Really good idea but this thing is EXTREMELY unreliable. Would not recommend in its current state.

This is second lock. I lost the first one while traveling. It apparently wasn’t locked and was no longer on my checked luggage. Otherwise, I’m very happy with the lock so I purchased a new one.
